3G Metal Fabrications was established in 1996 to supply engineering services to a variety of industries. We are a rapidly growing company with a strong track record in manufacturing and installing pos and pop services to retail businesses. Our success is based on genuinely personal services and attention to detail that goes well beyond the routine. We seek to build long - term relationship with our clients and our aim is to be flexible, responsive and supportive 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All fitters carry the latest portable technology systems, enabling them to instantly relate to your digital images of any complication, which may require attention on site. We also provide photos of the merchandised display on completion, along with a daily updated spreadsheet advising consignees and any relevant in store information. Campaigns successfully completed range from single site contacts to full rollouts - 750 + sites.
Market Coverage
Our main company is based in the UK but we also have a branch in Poland, which is 40000 m². This gives us the opportunity to manage effective business relationships over the whole of Europe. We can now supply customers in the UK, Europe and on demand, even all over the world.

Our company aims to continuously expand into new product, service areas and to deliver high volume and high value finished items across many diverse sectors. Off road loading for artic lorries and storage facilities available.
We have built up a reputation for quality and service by working with our clients from the design stage to manufacturing and distribution.
Training
Each job is different at 3G, but the principles remain the same. We expect a high standard of appearance; we will not tolerate jeans or trainers when our installers are working for us.
We teach installers the correct way to present their paperwork and photographs, this enables us to capture all of the information the client requires. Health & Safety is an area we pride ourselves on, each installer is issued with a Health & Safety pack that covers risk assessment and method statements in great detail. Through briefings are given regarding Health & Safety before any work commences. When deemed necessary installers are sent on specialist H & S training for working at height, using a cherry picker etc. We teach our installers how to approach store staff to be courteous at all times.
Each installer is given a training manual which they can refer to at any time.
Regarding individual projects, training is held at either our depot, at the manufactures, on-site or at the client`s head office. Every installer is given a written brief that may include diagrams and photographs if necessary, this gives in depth instructions as how we want the work carried out.
